Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you.
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed.
